Shouldn't it be 'on' instead of 'for'?

about to learn why improving your vocabulary is the single smartest investment you can make in your
future.

Shouldn't it be 'on' instead of 'for'?

Thanks.

The quotation given sounds very much like an acceptance notification for enrolling in a class. The actual learning has yet to take place, so you are being congratulated " for " paying the money to take the course. If this were, instead, congratulations on completing the course successfully, then " on " would be preferred in my opinion.
