Shouldn't it be a conjunction instead?

" For the quarter, the Company reported total revenue of $147.2 million, a net loss attributable to the Company of $42.9 million, or a loss of $0.51 per share."

The second clause preceded by a comma was directly referring to the company's NET LOSS, which was not the same thing as the subject of first clause(the REVENUE), which means it must be a different subject description.

But in this case, shouldn't it be a conjunction word (namely, "and"!) for it to be better punctuated??

Besides that, I'm also wondering if a conjunction can be called a "punctuation" though.

Any help is appreciated, thank you!

I agree that the word "and" should be inserted before "a net loss". Fundamentally there are two things being reported, so they should be separated by "and" in the usual way. "X, Y or Z" would normally be valid, but in this case "or" is not signalling a true alternative, but just another way of stating the information in the second phrase.
