Shouldn't exist

1a. He has done a lot of bad things so the kind of person like him shouldn't exist in this society.

1b. He has done a lot of bad things so people like him should kick the bucket.

Are these sentences grammatical and ok to say?

people like him shouldn't exist in society" in 1a. As for 1b, "kick the bucket" is an idiom, so it should be used informally ; but the sentence is ok.

I'd say "...he is the kind of person who/that shouldn't exist in society" or "...people like him shouldn't exist in society" in 1a.

As for 1b, "kick the bucket" is an idiom, so it should be used informally; but the sentence is ok.
