Shouldn't and its proper answer,in questioning

I've got a sentence, and I am very curious about a question :
A)" You shouldn't have gone there,yet ,you did! "
B) "You shouldn't have gone there,yet ,you had! "
Could you ,pls, tell me whether sentence B is correct, or both wrong?

Only "did" is correct, but the comma after "yet" is wrong and should be deleted. Also, there should be a space after a comma, but no space before. There should not be a space after an opening quotation mark or before a closing quotation mark.
