Should you be gettig pop-ups on that computer?

Hi, I'm having trouble understanding this sentence.

"Should you be gettig pop-ups on that computer?"

"No, not with my spam filter"

Maybe I haven't mastered the usage of the modal verb "Should". What does it mean in this? Would somebody please explain it to me? Thanks so much!

Sometimes it helps to change the question to a statement. Then the relationships between the words are easier to see. I should be getting a bill from the gas company.
