Should we go to study abroad?

It is considered by some that study in a foreign country is of great benefit to student, while others believe that children should attend school in their home nation. Although the latter point of views can be justified to some advantages, I am more inclined to the former as discussed in the following essay.

First and fore most, the finances are one of the factors influencing a student’s decision to study oversea. The living costs which include tuition fees, accommodation, food and daily expense in some countries are extremely high for international students so many overseas students have to do a part-time job to pay for their bills that can conflict their studies. However, there are numorous solutions that can solve this issuse. For example, certain scholarships and student benefits can alleviate the living expenses up to a point.

On the other hand, there are substantial benefits for the students who choose to complete their studies abroad. From an educational perspective, kids will get a chance to experience different academic methods. Students who participate in a study abroad program will have the ability to discover an aspect of their discipline that they may not have been exposed to at home. On a broader level, the main reason for getting a foreign degree in the first place is to enhance students’ career opportunities. In a globalized world, studying new languages, appreciating other cultures, overcoming the challenges of living in another nation, and gaining a better knowledge of the globe are all advantages of studying in other countries. Because recruiters tend to favor candidates graduating from an international university over those who do not have any global qualification.

In conclusion, while it is apparent that home nation education has its positive signigicant effects on students, it is undeniable that studying overseas provides favorable education and optimal professional prepartion for students to lead successful career paths.
