Grammar

Should we also use a plural noun and plural pronoun after the plural verb which further depends on the plural subject in a sentence?

For instance: They are the biggest traitors of this town.
Should I use "traitor or traitors"?
Another instance: We have been our neighbors in the past.
Subject-We (plural)
Helping verb- have (plural)
Pronoun-our (plural)
Noun-neighbors (plural)
Should I use neighbors or neighbor?
Thank you.
