A: Do you know when the shipment will arrive here?
B: It should / would take about three to five business days.

What's the difference between should and would in the sentence?

'It should take' says 'I expect it to take'.

No. It's fine as you have changed it.

It would take seems to require some kind of condition and it's hard to imagine what condition might be implied, whereas I would say has such a vacuo
