Should vs Have

hello mam/sir

can you please explain me when these words 'should' and 'have' to be used in sentence. I have wrote 2 sentences below,plz check it,and correct it if i am wrong.

1) You should take me out for dinner.

2) You have to take me out for party.

2) You have to take me out for party.- It is a requirement that you do this.

Neither comment is likely to get you taken out to dinner, however.
