Should there be an "I" before "suddenly"?

I was watching television tonight and suddenly saw a sign sign saying:

Keep away from under the grass.

Should there be an "I" before "suddenly"?

Thanks.

  • tamguatlay I was watching television tonight and suddenly saw a sign sign saying: Keep away from under the grass.
  • < ???
  • Should there be an "I" before "suddenly"?
  • It's not required, no, but I would put it there.
  • That would then also require a comma after 'tonight'.
