Should students wear uniforms?

Here's the essay I wrote for the topic "should students wear uniforms?"
_ Have you ever seen a student in the street and wondered why he had to wear a uniform? Is Uniform really necessary for students? For me the answer is yes.

At first we can see that If every student wears uniform in school, it will be very synchronous and spectacular to be look at. At some schools, students even look at their uniforms like something they're proud of. A nice uniform can give who wears it confident and more than that, help a lot in choosing clothes before classes. A female student on average takes 30 minutes to choose which clothes to wear, so it means that if she wakes up late in the morning, she has to choose between wearing something she don't really like and being late for school. If I were her I would choose the latter. This problem is solved with an uniform - a convenient, useful
type of clothing that students can wear everyday without thinking.

The uniforms can also create a friendly and equal environment. As everyone wore the same clothes, any student would be treated the same way with his friends. In other words,an uniform can erase the distances between students. A student who was born in a rich family got nothing different from a student was born in a poor one,
The child of a company manager, the child of a singer and the child of a capenter all look the same in the uniform, and of course they will be treat equally. All of that give us the image of equality in our community - something we have always tried to achieve.

Further, We can easily see that uniforms have the intimate connection with the awareness of responsibility of students with their school and the school's responsibility with their student. Each student is a presentive for his own school, when we see a student in an uniform in the street, we'll know which school he is studying at. Therefore, If some student have the intention to do something bad, they would rethink about it because someone would recognize them imidiately in their uniform. Supposed a high school student got caught commiting a crime, such as stealing while wearing uniform, that student would humiliate his school and now this school would have a bad reputation. On the other hand, if another uniformed student did good things like helping the police catch the robber or taking part in some charity activities then they would make a good impression of their school. In interaction, the teachers in school which used uniforms for students would manage their student better than teacher in other school because they know that anyone who looked at their students's behaviour can by means of
that to judge them and their school.

Some people can say that uniforms could strangle the creativity in students but I think that's not true. Whether our students are creative or not depends on the teaching methods not what they wear. However, I think if the uniforms are designed properly, may be nice colour or elegant design styles, it will create in students the excitement with school._

- Is there any grammar mistake need to correct?
- What do you think about my essay? Is it persuasive enough?
- Could you give me some of your opinion about this topic?
