Should 'sincerely' be in capital? And should there be a comma after 'sincerely'?

When ending a letter with the following, should 'sincerely' be in capital? And should there be a comma after 'sincerely'? Thanks.

Yours Sincerely/sincerely,

In the closing of a letter, normally only the first word is capitalized. Yours truly, Truly yours, Sincerely yours, Affectionately yours, etc.

Hi

Yep you should only capitalize the first word and use a comma at the end.

Yours sincerely,

In the UK, Yours faithfully is used when we don't know the name of who we are writing to and Yours sincerely, when we do. In the US the same sign off would be written, Sincerely yours,

Hope this helps.
