Should sexting be a crime?

Can anyone please take a loot at the grammar .......thank you

Sexting is a new rage where teenagers are sharing sexually risqué messages and nude pictures of themselves or others via text or on-line. While many teens openly admit that they know it's wrong to post these sexual photos, they feel the odds of getting caught are so low that they are willing to run the risk. Most teenagers do it because of peers pressure, they do it because someone asks them to do it. I personally think that sexting should not be a crime. First of all,” 1) IF YOU will MAKE TEXTING ILLIGALY THEN A LOT OF KIDS WILL BE LABEL AS PEDOPHILES. YOU DIDN’T MAKE TESTING ILLIGALY. THEREFORE, KIDS were NOT LABELEd AS PEDOPHILES. Making sexting illegally will not stop it. It will just label a bunch of kids texting each other as pedophiles for the rest of their life. Secondly, teenagers don’t realize what they do, it is a game for them. 2)….If someone sends sexually messages or nude pictures that is sexting. Teenagers share sexual photos. Therefore they do sexting. Teens often send the photos to a boyfriend or girlfriend, but the images can quickly go viral, spreading to the Internet or strangers' cell phones. Teens use sexting as an escape and a fantasy tabl,e they use the sexting as a relief from their sexual desire. In most ways they don’t know they do something wrong. They don’t even know they sexting. Sending them to prison in teen age will not help them in the future. They will have problems to get a job, I think it will close a lot of ways to be someone. Moreover there are many different ways to prevent sexting among teenagers, I would suggest not to buy cell phones for teenagers. Modern cell phones make it easy to send pictures. Even in the article: . 4) If that 17 years girl did not have a cell phone she would not send her naked picture to her boyfriend. If she not sends her picture to her boyfritn he would not show them to her classmates. If he would not show them to her classmates she would not do suicide. So if she would not have a cell phone she did not do suicide. Also parents and teacher should educate their kids. 3)..IF PARENTS DON’T TELL THEM HOW TO BEHAVE AND ABOUT CONCEQUENCES, THEN KIDS WILL NOT KNOW THEY DO WRONG. THEY DO EDUCATE THEIR KIDS, SO KIDS WILL NOT DO IT. Parents have to teach morals, because parents are responsible for teaching our children how we expect them to behave and how we expect them to treat others. I don't agree that the punishments are too harsh.

In summary I think that sexting should not be a crime t. Lets let teens explore their sexuality with other teens without getting the law involved. It should be up to the parents to discipline their children if that conflicts with their personal views. It's also up to them to make sure their child is aware of the consequences if they do decide to sext. That information could be shared, they could be harassed for it, and it may affect the way people view them. Giving them a criminal record is not the answer.
