Should you be knowledgeable enough on this subject, you could choose to skip it.

Is this a neat sentence or are there better options?

It is OK in some dialects, but an American would not say it this way. This is more natural: If you are knowledgeable enough on this subject, you can (could) choose to skip it.

It is OK in some dialects, but an American would not say it this way.
This is more natural:

If you are knowledgeable enough on this subject, you can (could) choose to skip it.
