should not have p.p.

Regarding the following two sentences:

(A) It cannot have rained yesterday.
(B) It should not have rained yesterday.

I think that Sentence A is used when someone wants to say that in his view, there is no possibility that it rained the previous day.

Then, what about Sentence B? Can it be used when someone wants to say that in his opinion, there is no or little possibility that it rained the previous day?
