Do I say,

1 We should not burn rubbish in public as it may arise the environmental problems.

2 We are encouraged to take public vehicles instead of taking a bus or an taxi. The carbon monoxide would / will release to air might cause the haze.

4 Smoking can affect our health. So it should be banned because that will harm our lungs.
