Should let or should have

Hi all

My car is dirty, I should have it cleaned.

My car is dirty, I should let it cleaned.

Which one is correct? The forms one sounds correct but I don't know why? I want to use the second one though!
Could someone explain me please.

Thanks

That's probably because German would use 'lassen' in this context. In other contexts, 'lassen' can be translated as 'let'.
