I should know better than to talk to you. Implies that I'm going to talk to you, or perhaps have just talked to you a moment ago.

As always, the BNC and COCA are good sources for examples of usage. If you a search for "should know better than to", you will get further examples of the usage.

You may not find many BNC/COCA examples with "even" since "even" would be used to add emphasis in the sentence. However, I agree with Clive's input about placement in the sentence and meaning.
