should it be "out" after "go" or shouldn't ?

I've found a sentence in an English textbook
I think it should be "out" after "go"
or shouldn't ?

"She is a stay-at-home.
She seldom go (out) even to see her relatives."

After 'She is a stay-at-home' I'd say

'She seldom goes out - not even to see her relatives.'
