Should inversion be used after OR?

Here is the example:

"Do you do that in general or I can send estimations directly to them?"

or it should be "can I"?

If you answering please add some explanation for the rule, not just which of the two you think is right.

It should be "can I". It is two questions connected by "or". Each question is inverted in the normal way.

Probably you mean "estimates" rather than "estimations".
