Should I use 'that' here or shouldn't I?

I couldn't decide... Could you help me please?... Thanks in advence...

[1] NOUN (HIDE) something which hides, covers of keeps something else secret // NOUN ( PIECE OF CLOTHING) a looseouther piece of clothing without sleeves, which fastens at the neck, and is worn instead of a coat.
