In the following .letter, should I use semicolons instead of periods at the end of the bold words.

ACCIDENT AT THE JUNCTION OF KING’S ROAD AND LUTHERAN ROAD

Enclosed are the following:
  1. a letter relating to myself regarding the suffering arising from the accident,
  1. a copy of Alexandra Hospital’s inpatient’s discharge summary pertaining to myself,
  1. a copy of National University’s Hospital’s inpatient discharge summary pertaining to myself, and
  1. a photograph of the mirror showing that vehicles coming from King’s Road (main road) can be seen when motorists and motorcyclists are approaching the junction of King’s Road and Lutheran Road (minor road).
