Should I use quotation marks?

Jack: We don't want you in our band anymore.

Tony: Why?

Jack: Because you're not a team player.

Tony: I am a team player.

Jack: Yeah, for team Tony. You only care about yourself.

- Is this dialogue correct and idiomatic?

- "Team Tony" doesn't exist, it's just to tell him that he thinks he only cares about himself. Should I use quotation marks for "team Tony" or just "Tony" or is it not necessary?

Thanks.

Yes.

("anymore" is a US spelling. In BrE it should be "any more", at least in my opinion.)
