Should I use a comma to separate part of a sentence with 'nor'?

I can't seem to find any comma rules that fit my situation. The sentence I am trying to write is as follows:

I make no representation, nor do I provide any assurance, regarding the accuracy of the information in the returns.

Are the commas placed before "nor" and after "assurance" correct in this case?\

Thanks in advance for the help!
