Should I use a comma instead of the conjunction 'and'?

Should I use a comma in the following sentence so that the underlined conjunction 'and' will not be repeated?

Preschoolers and high school and university students roam the park every afternoon.

Is this revision using a comma acceptable? Preschoolers, high school and university students roam the park every afternoon.
