Should I use a comma here?

or

Thanks.

Oh I think my sentence is confusing.
XYZ is the instrument, not the name of the company.
So the sentence doesn't make sense at all?

Thanks

AnonymousI valued an instrument issued by the company, called XYZ.
<< XYZ is the instrument, not the name of the company. >>

That reading makes sense with the comma,
but of course there are better ways to frame it.

Hi,

eg I valued an XYZ instrument issued by the company.
eg I valued an instrument, called an XYZ, issued by the company.

I assume the reader already knows which company you are referring to.
