Should I say ‘showed’ or ‘had,’ ‘her’ or ‘both of her’ in the sentence below? Are ‘while,’ ‘on,’ and ‘to’ correctly used?


Amanda, the host of the program, (showed, had) a closed gesture, which means that she had (her, both of her) arms interlocked, while asking the audience & speaking with them. Such a gesture could create an impression on the audience that she was probably not open to the ideas they shared with her.
