Should I say ‘get exercise’ or ‘exercise’? Is ‘apt’ correctly used in the second sentence? What about ‘even’ in the last sentence?

One of the easiest ways to (get exercise, exercise) is to walk to class/school. Depending on your class schedule, walking is apt to be done from 20 minutes to an hour of exercise every day. You can even ride a bike instead of taking a bus or any other similar vehicle.
