Should I say 'being harassed' or simply 'harassed'? Is 'what' correctly used?

Much has been said about ex-girlfriends being harassed by ex-boyfriends. What and how about ex-boyfriends being harassed by ex-girlfriends?

"being harassed" is correct. "What about ..." and "How about ..." are both correct English, but "What about ..." seems the appropriate one here. You don't really need both.
