Should I say: available for reference or available for inspection?

Dear Experts and Fellow Learners!

I've got a qurstion related to business writing. In many cases when a company wants to express their interest in an undertaking of some sorts they need to introcude the company. Thus, can I say:
  1. Company profile attached and availabe for your reference.
  2. Company profile attached and available for your inspection.
  3. Please find the copmany profile enclosed (and available) for your reference.
  4. Please find the company profile enclosed (and available) for your inspection

Thanks

Hi, I suggest eg A profile of ABC is attached. But do you really want to be so terse? Or do you want to say more?.

Hi,

But do you really want to be so terse? Or do you want to say more?.

I wanted to sound as formal and polite as it can go... Thus, I was hoping that one of my above-mentioned senteces would be fine.

My suggestion is not informal or impolite. abut it's your choice, of course.

Thus, can I say:
  1. Company profile attached and available for your reference. Why don't you want to write a complete sentence?
  2. Company profile attached and available for your inspection.
