Should I say "all the materials that I can find"

Hi guys, I'm confused if I should say"all the materials that I can find", or "all the materials I can find", which one is correct? Is there a better and more concise way to say this? Thank you!

Both are correct. In certain circumstances, as in your example, "that" is omissible. If you'd like a more detailed account of when to include or omit "that", just let me know and I'll post it straight away.

Hi BillJ,

I have one more question. Is this sentence correct "I will be down-to-earth and make progress step-by-step."? Or is there a more native and official way to say this? It's from my cover letter, so I want it to be more written-language.

Thank you!
