Should I Say...?

My friend is in Italy now. Should I say "Did you try buccellato?" or " Have you tried buccellato?"

Top answer

Anonymous My friend is in Italy now. " The distinction is the same as for "Turkish delight", which you also asked about. Both are correct, but they have slightly different meanings, as explained on your other post.
