Should I put "starting from July18th" after "would it be possible that..."
Dear Ms. XXX
I'm XXX, the summer student who is coming to work on July 4th. I have a request about the working time during the month. Since I applied for a summer course from XXX University earlier, I just got their reply and they accepted me. However, the course starts from July 18 - August 12 (10am-1pm), which is clashed with my summer internship. I'm very happy that XXX University accepted me but at the same time I don't want to miss the opportunity to learn in your company, so I'm thinking of a way that would work for both. Would it be possible that I come to work after getting out of class starting from July 18th?
Sorry for the inconvenience. I look forward to your reply.
Sincerely, XXX
