Should I place objective "it" here?

Hi,
Which one is correct?
The Post Office will have returned the package before I can take.
OR
The Post Office will have returned the package before I can take it.

Thanks

Yes, you need 'it'. But your tenses are shaky. I think you may mean The Post Office will return the package before I can collect it.

I assume it's Future perfect tense.

Simple Future is more common in sentences like this. The word 'before' makes the sequence of events very clear.
