Should I make the "their" at the end "its"?

In the summer of 424 AC, when Chovuk Boyla, the warlord of the Uigan plainspeople, and his bodyguard Hult traveled to the Dreaming Green, Eldako was granted leave by his father to join with the Uigan horde in their attacks against the Imperial League.
