Should I italicize or blacken these in my article??

Hi guys, I am writing an article and get some problems in punctuation.
1. the name of a foreign school which is written in German
2. the supervisors I mentioned
3. the name of my project

PS: I am writing the Personal Statement, should I make a title of it?
