Should I have full stop at the end of a bullet point list?

Hi there,

I have a following sentence with some bullet points:

"The following things are not allowed on the premises:

  • Anything that is sharp

  • Items that pose a risk to others

  • Items that are too large"

Should I be capitalising each bullet point, and should each one have a full stop at the end?

Thanks!
