Should I change the 'that' to 'who'?

When a group of adventurers that included some of the Heroes of the Lance journeyed to Qualimori in 351 AC, during the middle stages of the War of the Lance, it was Silvara who was called upon to help the Qualinesti prince Gilthanas Kanan after a Silvanesti guard accused him of spying and wounded him.

I think it should be 'who' but I wasn't sure if it should be 'that' to refer to the heroes being part of the group.
