Should I capitalize?

If I have a subtitle for a paper, how should I capitalize the words in this subtutle?

"Post-event: looking back... and forwards"

Sorry, it shouldn't have said subtitle, but a title of a chapter.

I think the editor would have the last word in formatting, but I would expect capitalization:

Post-event: Looking Back... and Forwards
