Let me just say this. Grammatically, they are not wrong but I have never heard any native speakers who would utter in such an awkward manner I understand you are trying to compose future perfect sentences. But semantically, they seem to be in the wrong order. Taking the future perfect context, I suggest this:

I don't know about the other students, but I know I will have been here for two years by the end of next month.

Having said that, in a sensible conversation it will be clear enough to say " I don't know about the other students, but I know I will be here for two years at the end of next month.

Should I add 'have' or 'have been' to WILL?
