Could you possibly check if my sentences below are ok?:
Yesterday Mr Hung's company terminated his employment contract.The company should have informed Mr Hung of its decision to terminate his contract one month in advance /one month early/ one month earlier/one month before as stipulated by the current labour law, but it (the company) didn't.

I would prefer: "The company should have given Mr Hung one month's notice of its decision to terminate his contract as stipulated by the current law, but it (the company) did not." Note: in formal letters it is best to avoid contracted words like didn't. They wre more for conversation than formal writing.
