Should better, is it correct?

We may say 'would better' in every person, but when I use the verb 'shall' with I and WE, what should I do?

Can I say 'I should better ...' ? And how it would be to English or American listeners?

I meant... can I say 'I should better do ...', instead of 'I would better do...', if I use the verb 'shall', instead of 'will' with I, WE??

You cannot say either one.

Mister Micawber is right. I guess you meant to say "I/We had better do something." In that sense, it means "I/We should do something." Here is a link for the usage of "had better" http://www.englishgrammarsecrets.com/hadbetter/menu.php
