Vocabulary

Should, be supposed to

Do I understand it correctly: one of the meanings of 'should' is a synonym of construction 'be supposed to'. For example:

1) Shouldn't you be at work right now? = Aren't you supposed to be at work right now?

2) It should've rained yesterday = It was supposed to rain yesterday.

3) You should be looking for a job, nobody is going to pay you to sit around all day on the couch = You are supposed to be looking for a job ....

In sentences above 'should' is not used to talk about advice or something like that.

Am I right? Thank you!
