You should be playing with dolls. In this one are we talking about this very moment?

You should sleep. - The same as above.
You should be asleep. - The same as above.

Is there any rule for 'should+be'?

This is a different structure, for example:

There should be a sofa here.

Do not confuse should be with should be doing (somethihg).
