Yes, but it is quite strange. Why would there be a time constraint on taking your pictures to a framer? Does the framer have a special discount that is only valid for one day? I would use "get" rather than "have."

I see two meanings:
1) My advice to you is to do this tomorrow.
2) I am the framer. I am saying that I expect to have your pictures framed and ready for you tomorrow.
