Shortened sentence

Hello,

I'd would like to know whether the sentence below makes sense to you. There is a shortened sentence 'travellers looking for quality', but I am not quite sure whether the sentence structure is clear enough since another shortened sentence follows after the comma: 'offering a private environment'. This refers to the subject 'they'. Thank you for your answers.

They cater for discerning travellers looking for that extra touch of quality, offering a private, homelike environment.
