Shortened question by word omission

Hi teachers,

"Did anyone see so-and-so?" to

"anyone see so-and-so?" or "anyone saw so-and-so?"

By omitting "Did", do we keep the present tense of "see" or change it to "saw" since we omitted "did".

p.s.: I'd still like to change my username "wittyair" that's given to me. It bothers me because that's not me. Thank you. If anyone can help with that, I'd appreciate it.
