Could anyone correct my writing for me?

20 NOV 2009 FRI Thinking Of Losing Weights
Since first impression and appearance are so important, I think I should start losing weights now.
I should only eat rice with boiled vegetable every morning. I need to eat only 80% full too. Furthermore, I should do a 20-min exercise in every alternate morning.
