Short Story using Keywords (after making some changes)

The pharaoh Khamun reigned between 1334 and 1325 BC. During the latter part of his reign, he fell seriously ill and was confined to his bed. During this time Khamun wanted his godson, Thamuk to be by his side at all times. A few hours before his death he tried to reveal to Thamuk that he would be the one to inherit his kingdom after his death. However he was unable to do so. Having known beforehand that Thamuk was too young to rule, the pharaoh prepared his last will which was written on papyrus using the Egyptian hieroglyphic writing system. The will included information about who would inherit his kingdom and property however it was kept hidden as many wanted to destroy it and usurp his kingdom even when he was living. The loyal priest of Khamun was the only one who knew about it. Beside the mummy of Khamun in his sarcophagus, the will rested. However not a single soul got their hands on it for years except for Thamuk who once visited his godfather when he was older and the will was given to him by the pharaoh’s loyal priest. As mentioned in the will, Thamuk became the ruler and won the hearts of his people. A prayer was inscribed on the pall of his sarcophagus in hieroglyphs for his eternal bliss, as he was one of the greatest rulers of ancient egypt .
