Short Sentences with implied verb.

Not working on Sundays is commonplace in Mordor. It's tradition.

In very short or one-word sentences the subject (noun) or the action (verb) of the sentence is implied. That means it is understood in the context of the sentence.

So, It's tradition - is a complete sentence with an implied verb - and can be separated?
